The challenge

This is a key role to make possible the growth and development of the company, requiring both technical and interpersonal skills.

You will be responsible for carrying out selection processes for IT and Marketing Technical profiles, provide support in the coordination of internal activities and team monitoring, as well as, accompany the processes of change, ensure to generate actions that positively impact the organizational climate and culture.

Every day, you will be working with candidates & teams from all over South America.

The role
  • Analyze and design recruitment sources trying to include new ones and making existing ones successful.
  • Carry out the recruitment and selection processes for each profile required internally.
  • Carrying out employer brand actions and analysis of their return.
  • Collaborate in the annual planning of engagement events that positively impact the organizational climate and culture.
  • Incorporate metrics in management.
  • Collaborate with content management and planning of internal communication through the different communication channels.  

What is needed for success
  • At least 2 + years’ experience working in IT selection process.
  • Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations or similar.
  • Language proficiency – English: Business Level (a must) & Portugues: Business Level (a plus).  
  • Must be proactive, responsive, professional and dedicated to team success.
  • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a great teammate, and manage change effectively.
